Aaah tomorrow is the first track meet of the season, and I am nooot prepared! Tomorrow I have 1500m first thing and then 1 by 400m right after, and a little while later, 100m sprints! Yea I survived this last year, but looking on my physical condition right now....nah. I couldn't even survive the long distance training our track coach told us to do (well I guess it was partly because of a cramp and partly I sprinted 3 laps for warm up in PE...cuz I thought I needed practice). Plus with all that training done today, everybody is bound to be the least bit sore tomorrow...
