Finally we ran six laps for PE today! I bet we were the last class to do so. I think I got a decent time. 11:50. I did improve by one minute from last year =D Weird I don't seem to sweat alot while running six laps, and after a minute I feel all energized again... except for the fact that my knee started hurting. I prefer six laps to langara, because I know how close I am to the finish line so I can pace my self really well, and when I get too tired I can close my eyes and run, and not be worried about tripping over tree roots or running into a fence.
